Legal Notice

A legal notice is a warning letter from a prospective plaintiff to a prospective defendant. The content of the legal notice should at least include the identity of the prospective plaintiff, the identity of the prospective defendant, the background of the problem, the negligence of the prospective defendant, the rights of the prospective plaintiff, the order giving the prospective defendant immediate performance of his obligations, and the provision of space for the negotiation of a settlement. Negotiation is a way to resolve disputes in an amicable manner, usually before a lawsuit is brought to court.

Queen Law Firm is responsible for preparing legal notice, sending a legal notice to the other party, and participating in mediation negotiations.
