Scope of Service
- Provide information and legal advice that the client needs in connection with the implementation of applicable laws and regulations to achieve the client’s goals;
- Prepare drafts or responses to drafts submitted in connection with agreements or transactions made by the client or the Client’s business partners;
- Prepare a legal audit report for the benefit of the client on business projects to be carried out, including but not limited to preparing a special legal audit report intended for the Client’s internal interests;
- Provide legal opinion for and on problems and transactions faced, carried out, or will be carried out by the Client;
- Become a power of attorney given by the Client in the company’s GMS, appear before the official or other authorized agency to provide and/or obtain information related to the Client’s objectives, including but not limited to other scopes for and for the benefit of the Client;
- Assist in the licensing process related to the Client’s business activities;
- Act as Curator and Administrator; and
- Take other legal actions necessary to carry out the scope of work described above.
