There are three main points of divorce cases:

Materials to be prepared for a divorce case:
- Identity Card. (Passport, Indonesian residence permit)
- Marriage certificate.
- The child’s birth certificate.
- Copy of the other party’s identity card.
- List of alimony.
- Property list. (Real estate certificate, vehicle driving certificate, etc.)
- List of all important time points since the beginning of the marriage.
- Evidence that the other party is not competent for the husband/wife.
