She holds a Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) and a Master of Laws (M.H.) from a leading Indonesian law faculty, and is a Certified Legal Auditor (CLA).<\/p>\n

As a licensed and registered advocate authorized to practice law throughout Indonesia, Eni Oktaviani has developed recognized expertise in business law, contract drafting and review, legal audits, due diligence, and legal risk assessment. She is also experienced in dispute resolution through both litigation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms.
