Utang\uff0c\u7f29\u5199\uff1aPKPU) \u6765\u89e3\u51b3\uff0c\u8be5\u4e49\u52a1\u5ef6\u671f\u53ef\u4ee5\u5411\u5546\u4e1a\u6cd5\u9662\u63d0\u4ea4\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">PKPU\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4f9d\u636e\u5df2\u57282004\u5e74\u7b2c37\u53f7\u5173\u4e8e\u7834\u4ea7\u548cPKPU\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4e2d\u52a0\u4ee5\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u7b2c222\u6761\u7b2c (2) \u6b3e\u6307\u51fa\uff1a<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0&#8220;\u4e0d\u80fd\u6216\u9884\u671f\u4e0d\u80fd\u7ee7\u7eed\u507f\u8fd8\u5230\u671f\u548c\u53ef\u6536\u56de\u7684\u503a\u52a1\u7684\u503a\u52a1\u4eba\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u7533\u8bf7\u507f\u503a\u4e49\u52a1\u5ef6\u671f\uff0c\u4ee5\u63d0\u4ea4\u5305\u62ec\u5411\u503a\u6743\u4eba\u652f\u4ed8\u90e8\u5206\u6216\u5168\u90e8\u503a\u52a1\u7684\u548c\u89e3\u8ba1\u5212\u3002&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u5728\u5370\u5ea6\u5c3c\u897f\u4e9a\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4e2d\uff0cPKPU\u5206\u4e3a\u4e24\u79cd\uff0c\u5373\u4e34\u65f6PKPU\u548c\u6c38\u4e45PKPU\u3002\u4e34\u65f6PKPU\u7531\u5546\u4e1a\u6cd5\u9662\u88c1\u51b3\uff0c\u5728\u5ba3\u8bfb\u5224\u51b3\u540e\u768445\u5929\u5185\u6709\u6548\u3002\u5728\u8fd945\u5929\u5185\uff0c\u503a\u52a1\u4eba\u5fc5\u987b\u5236\u5b9a\u6e05\u507f\u5176\u5bf9\u503a\u6743\u4eba\u503a\u52a1\u7684\u548c\u89e3\u8ba1\u5212\u3002\u6c38\u4e45PKPU\u5c06\u5728PKPU\u4e34\u65f6\u5224\u51b3\u5ba3\u8bfb\u540e\u7684270\u5929\u5185\u751f\u6548\u3002\u5728\u8fd9270\u5929\u5185\uff0c\u503a\u52a1\u4eba\u5fc5\u987b\u5236\u5b9a\u6e05\u507f\u503a\u52a1\u7684\u8ba1\u5212\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u8fd8\u6b3e\u671f\u9650\u3002\u5982\u679c\u503a\u52a1\u4eba\u548c\u503a\u6743\u4eba\u5728\u89c4\u5b9a\u671f\u9650\u5185\u6ca1\u6709\u8fbe\u6210\u534f\u8bae\uff0c\u5546\u4e1a\u6cd5\u5ead\u5c06\u88c1\u5b9a\u503a\u52a1\u4eba\u7834\u4ea7\uff0c\u5e76\u6536\u7f34\u5176\u6240\u62e5\u6709\u7684\u8d22\u4ea7\uff0c\u7528\u4ee5\u507f\u8fd8\u6240\u6b20\u503a\u52a1\u3002<\/p>\n<p
